     Shepard's Pie

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
5 potatos
1 can corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
2 cans sliced carrots, drained
10 slices sharp cheddar cheese, Hoffmans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chili powder
seasoning salt
 
celery salt
onion powder
minced garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil potato until soft all the way through, drain. Mash potatoes (no need to add butter or milk)
Mix soup in mashed potatoes. Mix in vegetables in mashed potatoes.
Layer meat in bottom of 13x15 inch baking pan. Layer mashed potato mix on top of meat. Layer cheese slices on top of potato mix, covering entire pie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (to melt cheese) Let sit for 10 minutes before eating
Serving Suggestions
This recipe can be made without meat. You can use other kinds of cheese, but I find that Hoffmans is the best, not leaving any oils on top of dish.
