Servings   3-4
Preptime   20-25 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb. trimmed STEW MEAT
4 cups instant WHITE RICE
4 cups WATER
12 oz. favorite TERIYAKI SAUCE
1 cup sm. fresh BROCCOLI FLORETS
1 lg. CELERY STALK
1 lg. fat CARROT
1/2 med. WHITE ONION
1 Tbl. CORN OIL

Instructions
Prep- Slice carrot thinly at a 45-degree angle and slice celery (ribbed side up) thickly at the same angle. Slice broccoli florets down the middle and do not leave more than an inch of stem. Peel the onion and halve it around it's equator. Set one cut side down and quarter it. (Save the rest of the onion for another use). Also trim any and all fat from stew meat, if necessary.
Pan-fry stew meat on med. heat, stirring and turning, until pieces are done and seared. In a seperate skillet, add oil and stir-fry veggies on med. until crisp-tender and lightly seared.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil. Stir in rice, cover, and remove from heat.
Combine meat and veggies and stir in teriyaki sauce. Serve over the hot rice.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pre-made Egg Rolls. Chopsticks and fortune cookies optional.
