     Garlic String Beans

Ingredients
1 lb string beans
1 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 C white wine
 
Instructions
Heat oil in saucepan. Saute beans on high for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in garlic, add white wine. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
