     Bourbon Pumpkin Poundcake

Ingredients
2 Sticks Softened Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
4 Eggs, Beaten
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Bourbon
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Pumpkin
3 Cups Flour
 
2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp All Spice
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Pecans (optional)

Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan. .
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Gradually add in eggs, milk, bourbon, vanilla and pumpkin Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, nutmeg and salt. Then add the wet ingredients and combine. Add pecan in at this time if using them.
Pour into the bundt cake pan and bake for 1 hour
After baking allow to cool for at least 10 min, remove from bundt cake pan, then glaze with Bourbon Glaze (recipe for glaze follows)
