     Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp lime juice
4 chicken legs ( skin on )
4 chicken breasts, on the bone ( skin on )

Instructions
Combine all ingredients expect chicken in a food processor and process until chunky. Spread mixture over chicken legs and breast and try to incorporate some under the skin. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight, refrigerated.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken on a rack in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Place chicken under broiler or on barbecue and grill about 2 minutes per side or until skin is crispy and golden.
