Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. In large skillet over med-hi heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain well. Mix in chilies, taco seasoning, sour cream, salsa, and 1 c cheese. Mix well. Divide mixture among tortilla; place seam down in baking dish. Top with tomato sauce; sprinkle with 1 c cheese. Bake 20 minutes
