Crush up stuffing mix. Roll chicken in melted butter then coat with stuffing. season further with garlic salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. place pieces of chicken skin-side-up, not touching in a greased baking sheet.
bake 375 for about 1 hour. add parmesan cheese.
