Cut up an apple into thin slices. Spray pan with non stick spary so the apple wont burn. Cook on med high and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon over the apple slices.
Can be done with frozen peaches also. Pour 1/2 c of frozen peaches into the saucepan. Add a cup of water and it will thaw out as it simmers. Once thawed in the saucepan add splenda and cinnamon for cobbler like taste.
