Preheat oven to 350. heat oil in large skillet over med-heat. Brown chops 3 minutes on each side. Remove to 9 x 13 baking pan. In same skillet saute onions and garlic 3 min. stir in tomatoes , cabbage,salt and pepper and sage and wine. Spread mixture over chops ad bake 60 minutes or until cabbage and chops are tender
