     Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb. gound beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 cup onion, chopped or onion flakes
3/4 cup milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Topping-
 
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbl. yellow mustard
3 Tbl. brown sugar
Instructions
Mix together ingredients. Put it in an 8 x 8 square pan.
Mix topping ingredients, stir and spread on top of meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
