Microwave chocolate and peanut butter about 2 minutes. Place 9 ice cream sandwiches in pan spread 1/2 cool whip on. Pout 1/2 chocolate mixture over all. Sprinkle on top 1/2 peanuts. Repeat entire procedure to create 2nd layer.
Freeze.
