Pour milk into saucepan and whisk in powdered milk and honey.
Bring mixture to boil and allow to cool down to 120 degrees. Pour
into a large plastic container or glass jar, reserving 1/2 cup.
Whisk in the reserved 1/2 cup liquid into the yogurt, and add back
to the milk mixture, shaking well.
Place container in narrow wine bucket lined with a heating pad OR
wrap in towels and place in a cooler. Allow the mixture to ferment
for 3 to 12 hours (ideally overnight)
After fermentation is complete, refrigerate.
