Ingredients
1 quart 2% milk
1/2 c powdered milk
1 to 2 tbsp honey
1/2 c plain greek yogurt, room temperature
 

Instructions
Pour milk into saucepan and whisk in powdered milk and honey. Bring mixture to boil and allow to cool down to 120 degrees. Pour into a large plastic container or glass jar, reserving 1/2 cup.
Whisk in the reserved 1/2 cup liquid into the yogurt, and add back to the milk mixture, shaking well.
Place container in narrow wine bucket lined with a heating pad OR wrap in towels and place in a cooler. Allow the mixture to ferment for 3 to 12 hours (ideally overnight)
After fermentation is complete, refrigerate.
