     Quick Beef Bourgignon

Ingredients
800g Beef
100g lardons
50g butter
2.3l Red wine
2 Onions
garlic
2 tablespoons flour
250g baby mushrooms
bouquet garni
 
4 carrots
Instructions
Brown beef with lardons and butter. Add Onions, carrots and mushrooms. Add the flour, mix and cooks for a short time. Add red wine to cover meat. Add garlic and bouquet garni. Cover and cook slowly for 60 minutes.
(Recommended wine Montepulciano D'abruzzo Riserva)
