1 cup edamame, thawed if frozen

1 can white beans
|

1/2 avocado
|
|
Juice/zest of 1 lemon
|

1/2 c salsa or 2 chopped tomatoes

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions |
|
|
Put edamame, beans, and avocado in blender with juice and zest,
blend until smooth.
|

Add salt, pepper, powder and blend until mixed.
|
|
|
Transfer to bowl and stir in salsa/tomatoes. Serve with veggies or
toasted pita chips.
