     Chicken Salchegood

  good shiraz or tastier red wine

Ingredients
1 chicken breast (2 halfs)
1 tea spoon od mild paprika
fresh cracked pepper to taste
coars salt to taste
3/4 cup of medium hot salsa
1/2 cup low fat mixed gratted cheese any type
 

Instructions
Preheat oven at 350
Butterfly each chicken breast half and place it in an oven backing dish, sprinkle half of the paprika, salt and pepper over one side, place in the oven cook for 7 minutes. Turn the chicken and sprinkle the rest of the paprika on this side, salt in pepper too, put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven, turn the breast halves once more and spread the salsa all over the chicken, place back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add cheese on top and set it under the grill until it’s melted and crisp. Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
