Saute sausage in skillet until brown and cooked through (10min). Add
shallots and garlic, saute 3 min. Add tomatoes and
parsley, saute 1 min. Spread mixture in buttered dish.
Whisk eggs, milk, 1.5 cups cheese and salt in bowl. Pour over sausage
mixture in dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and parsley.
Bake for 30 min or until top is golden brown and center comes clean. Let
stand for 5 minutes.
