Ingredients
1 lb hot bulk sausage
6 eggs
4 slices of texas toast, cubed
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and drain. Crumble sausage into 2 qt. casserole dihs w/ Pam.
Beat eggs and add milk and bread. Pour over sausage and top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees. Covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.
