Measure together flour, salt and soda
|
|
|
|
Blend butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg and beat well. Stir in
dry ingredients together with 1 cup Special K.

|
Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in remaining Special K and place on
ungreased baking sheets
|
|
|
|
Bake at 375 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly
browned
