Ingredients
4 1/4 cups flour
5 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 oz. lemon juice
1 cup and 1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1 oz. lemon extract
1 lb confectioners sugar
 

Instructions
Mix flour and baking powder. In separate bowl cream 1 cup margarine and sugar, add eggs, extract and juice.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients until beater won't beat it.
Then on floured board with floured hands work until sticky. Roll pieces of dough in hand and wind around to form cookie.
Bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes. Combine 1 stick margarine and confectioners sugar to create frosting.
