Cut the apricots into small pieces and cook them in 1/2 cup
water.
Combine the apricots, pineapple, sugar and cornstarch. Cook
until thickened.
Cook pie at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes. To prevent edges
from browning too much cover with strips of foil and turn oven
to 375 during the last 10 minutes as necessary.
