     Kebabs - sesame ginger beef

Ingredients
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 (1 inch thick) slice peeled fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cubed to 1& 1/2 inches
1 each, yellow and orange bell pepper, 1 inch pieces
 
mushroom caps
red onion
zucchini and/or yellow squash
cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water, 15 minutes. In small bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar and salt.
Place beef in gallon ziploc bag; add marinade. Marinade 1 hour in refrigerator.
Remove beef cubes from marinade and thread on wodden skewers, alternating with vegetables. Discard marinade.
Grill kebabs 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until beef reaches desired doneness and vegetables have softened and browned.
