     Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 & 1 /2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
Place all ingredients in a bowl, and combine with a fork. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan, press into bottom and sides. Prick holes in bottom and side of crust.
Bake for 15 minutes until light brown. Use as directed in favourite pie recipes.
