Chop up onion, carrots and potatoes into 1/8ths. Heat butter
and olive oil on medium in soup pot. Saute onion, garlic,
carrots, zucchini, and green beans. Add chicken broth, water,
and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover
and reduce heat , cook at a gentle boil until potatoes are tender.
Simmer until ready to serve.
