     Artichoke Dip

Servings   3 1/2 cups

Ingredients
1 can (15 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts in water drained and finely chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated parmesan
8 oz shredded mozzarella or provolone
ground black pepper
2 pinches of ground thyme
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and bake for about 20 minutes.
For spinach-artichoke dip, add 5 oz of drained and squeezed frozen chopped spinach (about 1/2 box) and substitute nutmeg for thyme.
