1/3 melted butter
4 ripe bananas
3/4 c sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp van extract
1 1/2 tbs strong coffee
1 tsp b soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c flour
 
1 c pecans chopped (optional)
Instructions
Mix and bake at 350 35 min dark brown.
