     Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 medium chopped onion
1 pound broccoli
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
8 ounces cream cheese
4 1/2 Tblsp flour
 

Instructions
Boil the first 4 ingredients togehter until vegetables are cooked.
In a sauce pan, make a sauce of butter, milk, flour, and salt. Melt in cream cheese. Add sauce to the broccoli mixture. Heat thoroughly before serving.
Serving Suggestions
REALLY good with some shredded cheddar cheese on top and a crusty piece of bread.
