1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste or 1 cup of tomatoes
1 tbs of salt
3 cups of chicken stock
Instructions
In a large skillet brown rice in olive oil on medium
heat, add onion & garlic stirring frequently for
about 4 minutes.
In a separate sauce pan bring tomato sauce to simmer
with chicken stock, and salt, and add rice bring to
simmer, cover, lower heat cook 15- 25 mins. turn
heat off and let sit for 5 minutes.
