     Spaghetti with Four Cheeses

Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
 
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in cheeses until melted.
Drain spaghetti; toss with cheese sauce and parsley.
