     Baked Lasagna

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs of Ground Beef
1/2 lb of Ground Pork
12 Wide Lasagna noodles
1 large can of tomatoes (save Juice)
1 can of tomato paste (small)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 medium onion chopped
1 container of riccotto cheese
 
1 lb of morzella cheese
1 can of parmesan cheese
2 hard boiled eggs peeled

Instructions
Brown meat with onion. Drain, add all tomato products along w/garlic, oregano, salt/Pepper and simmer 1 hour.
Place a little meat sauce in the bottom of the pan, place noodles and cheeses in alternating layers. Slice eggs and lay in between the layers. When you have 3 layers place the rest of the meat sauce on the last layer and cheeses, and the reserved tomato juice.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Add garlic toast or bread and a salad for a yummy meal for a crowd.
