1 can crushed pineapple, reserve liquid

1/2 cup shortening
|

1 cup brown sugar

Instructions |

|
|
Drain pineapple and reserve liquid, set aside. Cream shortening & brown sugar. Add egg & vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 375 degrees on greased sheet 8-10 minutes. Glaze over warm cookie.

Glaze- Mix 2 cups confectioners sugar, 2 to 3 Tbl pineapple juice
