     Hard Tack (hard candy)

Ingredients
1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
color and flavoring
 

Instructions
Cook in pot until 310 degrees. Add flavoring and food color. Bring back to 310 degrees. Pour into jelly roll pan. When cooled, break apart.
