     Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
3/4 cup hot peppers (20)
3/4 cup bell peppers (4-6)
green food coloring
1 bottle Certo
1 1/2 cups vinegar
 

Instructions
Put peppers in blender-squeeze out water;measure. Return to blender. Add vinegar, blend. Put in pan add sugar. Bring to rolling boil. Stir and skim.
Serving Suggestions
Mix with creamcheese and serve with crackers.
