1 cup finely chopped, peeled tomato (or canned whole plum tomatoes)
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper (or red or yellow)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce (you can add more)
2 cups tomato juice

(I have always doubled the recipie and used a 46 oz. can of Sacramento Tomato juice for the tomato juice ingredient.)
Take the vegetables and put them in a food processor. Put the contents in a large bowl and add tomato juice.
Serve chilled (at least 4 hours).
Serving Suggestions
