Servings   24 cookies
Preptime   1 hour

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup butter (at room temperature)
1/3 c. powdered sugar
A few drops almond extract
1/4 c. orange marmalade

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, rosemary, and salt; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium high speed for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar and almond extract and beat until combined. Add flour mixture and beat until just combined. Wrap and chill dough 1 hour (or until easy to handle).
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Use thumb to make indentations in each cookie. Spoon about 1/2 tsp. of marmalade into the center of each cookie.
Bake about 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar before serving.
