     Cherry Cheesecake tarts

Ingredients
1 1/8 cup of graham crumbs
1/4 cup of margarine or butter melted
1/2 cup plus 2 tbs. sugar-devided
2 large eggs
2-8 oz bars of cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling
 

Instructions
Mix Graham crumbs, melted butter and 2 tbs. sugar until crumbs become lumpy. Spoon 1 tbs. of crumbs into cupcake cups in pan.Press crumbs down.
Blend softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Place a layer of mixture over flattened crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. remove from pan and spoon cherries on top. chill to cold before seving.
