     Slow Cooker BBQ Roast

Ingredients
1 small/medium chuck roast
1 regular/large jar of Kosher dill pickle spears
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 small white onion, chopped
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker. Pour entire jar of pickle juice over roast (save pickles). Add chopped onion and garlic cloves to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until done. Remove roast, shred, and add your favorite bbq sauce (Head Country BBQ).
