1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup butter, melted

3 tbsp sugar

3 8oz packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

Instructions |

Mix crumbs, butter and 3 tbsp sugar. Press into bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.

Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and decorate as wanted. Store in refigerator.
