     Cajun Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg macaroni
1 stick butter
2 tbsp Tony's (or other Cajun seasoning)
 

Instructions
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain and put back into pot and add butter. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Tony's. Pour macaroni into a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cheese (add 2 layers of each). Pour milk and egg mixture over macaroni. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
