     Salty Dill Pickles

Ingredients
2 quarts water
1 quart vinegar
1 cup cannning/pickling salt
 

Instructions
Mix all items together and bring to a boil. Place 2 clove of garlic and 1 tsp of dill seed/weed into each quart size jar. Firmlly pack cucumbers (whole, speared, or sliced). While mixture is still boiling, pour over cucumbers into jars. Place lids and rings on the jars. If not using self sealing jars, boil to seal.
