4-5 Pound Corned Beef Brisket
|
|
1 Medium Clove Garlic
|
|
1 Medium Yellow Onion, Halved
|

2 Whole Cloves
|
|
10 Whole Black Pepper Corns
|

2 Bay Leaves
|
|
1/4 tsp Mustart Seed
|
|
1 Medium Cabbage (Cut into wedges)

Instructions |
|
|
Wipe Corned Beef with damp paper towels. Place in crock pot and cover wiht cold water. Add remaining ingredient, EXCEPT CABBAGE.
|

|
Cover and Cook on High for 3-4 Hours or until fork tender.
|
|
|
Add cabbage last 30-45 minutes.
Serve on platter
|
|
|
Can add carrots, turnips and potatoes if you choose.
