     Stuffing Bread (Bread Machine)

Servings   1 1/2 lb loaf

Ingredients
1 1/3 Cups room temperature water
1 egg
3 Tbl dried, minced onions
1 Tbl butter, softened
1 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
 
3 1/2 Cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions
In bread machine pan- Place ingredients in pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting.
Choose crust color and loaf size if applicable. Bake according to bread machine directions. (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing and add 1 -2 Tablespoons of water or flour if needed)
If your bread machine has a time delay feature, I recommend NOT using it for this recipe.
Serving Suggestions
when this bread bakes, the whole house smells like Thanksgiving
