2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/2tsp salt
1tsp nutmeg
2tsp soda
tsp baking powder
2TBS melted butter
 
flour to make a soft dough
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, roll out, cut into donuts and fry in oil. roll in cinnamon and sugar
