     Corned Beef and Cabbage in foil

Ingredients
2 cups corned beef
1 medium cabbage
3/4c water
3 tbs instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Cut corned beef into 6 portions. Wash and cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Cut 6 14inch sq of thick tinfoil. Place a portion of beef and a wedge of cabbage on each square. Pour 2T milk(mixed with water) on each cabbage wedge. Fold foil over and seal tight. Place on grill, med heat for 30 minutes, turning once.
