In top of double boiler heat 1/2 pound semi sweet chocolate bits, 5 tbs cold water, 1 tbs instant coffee. Separate 5 eggs, beat yolks into chocolate mixture. Beat in 2tbs light rum. Cool slightly
In separate bowl beat egg whites till soft peeks, fold into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours, top with whipped cream
