Add milk and stir until soft dough is formed. Put dough on a lightly floured board and knead lightly. Roll dough into a rectangle 8x10 inches. Cover dough with apples, sprinle sugar and cinnamon over the top and dot with butter or margarine. Starting with one of the long edges, roll. Cut into 6 even slices. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
