Sift together 1c flour, 1/4tsp salt, 1TBS cocoa then add 2tsp baking powder, 3/4c sugar 1/2c milk 2tbs melted butter. Put batter in greased pan pour liquid carefully over top


liquid 1/2c sugar,1/2cbrown sugar, 1 1/2tbs cocoa, 1c bowling water. Bake 45minutes at 350
