2 T butter
|
| |
1 lb skinless chicken breasts
|
| |
1 1/2 c fresh broccoli
|
| |
1 1/2 c mushrooms
|
| |
1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
|
| |
1/4 c milk
|
| |
2 T dijon mustard
|
| |
4 c cooked noodles
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
In a large skillet, add 1 T butter and cooke chicken over medium-high heat until brown.
|
|
|
|
Remove chicken, add remaining butter (medium heat). Add broccoli and mushroom, cook until tender and liquid evaporates.
|
|
|
|
Stir in soup, milk and mustard. Heat to boil.
|
|
|
|
Return chicken to skillet (low heat). Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Pour over noodles.
