     Spicy Cod Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. Cod
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt & pepper or Cajun spice
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Lemon quartered
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
 
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees
Place fish in a 13x9 inch baking dish
Pour butter, marinade, spices onto and around fish. Squeeze lemons onto fish. Lay tomoato slices over top of fish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is flaky.
