2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2c shortening
1/2c cocoa
1 1/2c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
 
1c sour milk
1/3c hot water
Instructions
Throughly mix in bowl, bake at 350.
