Ingredients

	2c sugar
	1/2c cocoa
	1/2c milk
	1/2c butter
	Bring to boil 2 minutes
	1tsp vanilla
	1/2c peanut butter
	3c oatmeal

Add and mix quickly drop on wax paper and refrigerate
